Hailey Clayton

Hey y'all! My name is Hailey (she/her), and I am a Spring 2026 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Human Development and Family Science. During my time at Auburn, I developed a deep interest in understanding the stories that shape individuals, families, and communities, as well as the systems that support them. I’m eager to find post-graduate opportunities where I can apply my passion for helping others and contribute to meaningful work in the field.

Throughout my undergraduate experience, I blended academic study with hands-on leadership and service, stepping into roles that allowed me to make an impact both on campus and in the community. My professional goal is to work with a mission-driven organization that improves the lives of women and children, combining research, advocacy, and meaningful action. Along the way, I’ve discovered passions for leadership development, service, and creating spaces where people feel seen and supported.
